Jacks or Better is a Progressive game, meaning that you stand a chance to win a massive Jackpot!

The object of Video Poker is to get a 5-card poker hand that has a winning combination:
you can choose how many and which of your cards are replaced.
The minimum hand required for payout is a pair of Jacks or Better.
The better your hand, the bigger the payout !

This game differs from original Jacks or Better, because it has 10 lines of cards. Every line uses a different deck of cards. Every line is treated as a separate hand for the determination of any wins.

How To Play 10 Line Jacks or Better
Select the value of the coins you wish to bet each round by clicking on the + and - buttons on the right of the screen. Click Bet One or Bet Max to choose the number of coins you wish to bet. Every click on the Bet One button will add another coin to the bet. Clicking Bet Max will increases your bet to the maximum - that is, 5 coins per line - and deals the cards automatically. You may also click the appropriate column on the paytable to specify the number of coins per line. The bet size you select is per one line. Since there are 10 lines of cards, 10 times the single line bet amount will be subtracted from your account balance. Your total bet amount appears on the Bet screen in the lower right corner of the window.

Click Deal.
Select which cards you want to keep by pressing the Hold button under the card, or by clicking on the card itself. Held cards are used across all 10 lines. The game has an auto-hold feature where cards that make up a winning hand on the original deal will be automatically held. Click Deal to replace the cards that you did not select to hold. After the cards have been replaced, your cards will be checked for any winning combinations, described in the paytable. Should you have winning hands on multiple lines, your winnings are added up

The lowest winning combination is a pair of Jacks:
a pair of any lower cards (eg: Tens) is not a winning combination, a pair of any higher cards (eg: Queens) is a winning combination.

This is a Progressive game, which means that a large Jackpot is accumulated as players from around the world place their bets. You can see the jackpot amount on the screen. Should you win the Jackpot on the 1st line, then all the remaining lines will each give you a seed amount - the minimum a Jackpot can be. The seed amount will be 4 000x your selected coin value.

Progressive Jackpot
One of the wins in this game is the Progressive Jackpot. A certain percentage of each bet, by every player in this game and in each of many online casinos, is added to a common pot. When a player gets the correct result, that player will win the entire Jackpot! (in some games you can also win part of it).

After a Jackpot has been won, a new pot is will begin, with the casinos contributing a base amount of money which is called a Seed. This will ensure that even if you get a Jackpot result in a game right after someone else won the Jackpot, you still get a large win.

Every game has its own Jackpot, built up by all the casinos that offer the game.

Note: In some games you must make a specific bet to be eligible for the Jackpot. Should you get disconnected in the middle of a game round, your game does not change the value of the Jackpot. The state of the game up to that point shall be remembered by the casino, and the next time you log in you may complete your game round with the same odds, and not having to place a new bet. If a Jackpot is being discontinued (a game is closed and removed from the casino client), the casino will be notify you.

Doubling
Should you end up with a winning hand, you may accept the win or Double it. If you choose to Double, the Dealer will draw a face up card and you are given 4 face-down cards to select from. If you select a card that turns out to be lower than the Dealer's, you will lose your original win. If the cards are equal, it will be a tie, and you get the option to collect your original winnings or Double again. If your card is higher, you will win double your original win amount. You can then choose to collect your winnings or Double again.

You can also choose to Half Double, meaning that you only double using half of your winning amount, and deposit the rest into your balance.

You may move the Double window (if enabled in the Options) by dragging it with the mouse. Doubling is a separate game round, and can be viewed in the Game History. During Doubling the Bet screen shows the amount bet for doubling. The win amount for the current round will appear on the Win screen.
