The Winning Wizard symbol will only multiply payouts if it acts as a wild symbol.
Multiple Winning Wizard symbols on an enabled payline create Winning Wizard winning combinations.

3 Princess symbols appear on Reels 1, 2 and 3 on Payline 1. They complete a 3 Princess symbols combination, and will pay out 20 coins. You are paid out 20 coins x 5 coins bet per payline = 100 coins for Payline 1.
3 Mail Box symbols appear on Reels 1, 2 and 3 on Payline 3. They complete a 3 Mail Box symbol combination and will pay out 10 coins. You are paid out 10 coins x 5 coins bet per payline = 50 coins for Payline 3. The total payout is 100 coins for Payline 1 + 50 coins for Payline 3 = 150 coins.
